Cancellation Policy

NMCC Partners is committed to delivering high-quality consultancy and coaching services. If you are not satisfied with our services, or if unforeseen circumstances arise, our refund policy is as follows: • Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel scheduled consultancy or coaching sessions with at least 48 hours' notice to receive a full refund or to reschedule the session at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. • Non-Attendance: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notification, the session is considered delivered and is non-refundable. • Package Refunds: For pre-paid packages, unused sessions may be refunded, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before the next scheduled session. Completed sessions will be deducted from the total refund at the pro-rata rate. Certain discounts or offers applied at the time of purchase may be recalculated if part of the package is refunded. • Cancellation by NMCC Partners: In the rare event that NMCC Partners must cancel a session or package, clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at a mutually convenient time. • Refund Process: To request a refund, clients must contact NMCC Partners via the website’s contact form or at the details provided in their engagement agreement. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. • Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests due to extraordinary or compassionate circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of NMCC Partners. By engaging our consultancy and coaching services, clients agree to abide by this refund policy.
